Domestic Infidelity and Child Custody Surveillance

Domestic Infidelity

Our detectives will attempt to develop investigative evidence the client and/or attorney can use, in or out of court, against the “subject/target” (the person or persons being investigated). Surveillance, background data and other investigative skills may be required.

A licensed detective will meet with you (by phone or in person) to discuss your case details and budget. During or after the consultation, the investigator will obtain the client and subject/target information. The investigator will advise you of our strategy for conducting the investigation. We will also consult with your attorney if you advise us to do so. If required, we will testify in open court as to the evidence we develop in the field.

All consultations and clients are confidential. The detective who meets with you during the consultation shall review all fees and answer all your questions. Fees and retainers shall be determined at the meeting with the client and detective. A signed “Retainer Agreement” is required.

Spotting the Signs of Domestic Infidelity - A “yes” answer to any of the questions below could raise a red flag.

  • Is there a sudden increase in your spouse’s time away from home?
  • Is there a decreased or increased sexual interest with you?
  • Is he/she often “unavailable” while at work?
  • Does he/she attend new functions outside of work without you?
  • Are your cell phone calls to him/her not returned immediately?
  • Does your spouse leave the house or go to other rooms to talk on the telephone?
  • Does he/she use the computer alone and secretly?
  • Does he/she ask about your schedule more often than usual?
  • Is the mileage on his/her vehicle higher than a trip should be?
  • Do his/her clothes smell of perfume or cologne you are not familiar with?
  • Have you noticed unexplained purchases on bank statements, credit cards etc.?
  • Have cell phone bills stopped coming to your residence?
  • Have you found unexplained receipts in a wallet or purse?
  • Has your spouse had suspicious phone voice-mail messages or one-ringers?
  • Has your spouse had suspicious cell phone numbers stored or dialed?
  • Has your spouse suddenly started deleting e-mail messages or changing email accounts and passwords?

Child Custody Surveillance

Investigators will conduct surveillance on a spouse, ex-spouse, or other person to determine the activities of that person. This can be conducted with or without the minor children being present with the respective subject of our investigation.

Behavior and other factors are studied and documented while the investigators conduct surveillance. Evidence such as alcohol or drug use; indecent behavior; affiliation with criminal associates; violent, inadequate or dangerous surroundings for the minor child; evidence of abuse or neglect and other additional evidence will be documented. Investigators can document and video/photograph the child being left unattended, abused or unsupervised and/or present with unknown associates.
